Where Is The Oil?

Have you ever wondered where the world’s oil comes from — and where it ends up? The list of the world’s top five producing and top five consuming countries may look similar, but compare the rates of production and consumption, and you will see they are hardly proportionate. The United States produces 8.5 million barrels of oil each day and is the world’s third largest oil producer, but we consume more than twice as many — and are the world’s top consuming country.

Just How Massive is Google?

Google is certainly one of the largest technology companies in the world. But just how massive exactly it is?

Well, according to the infographic created by computers school, Google is seriously strong financially and is the undisputed champion when it comes to indexing information on the web. One interesting fact highlights that the amount of data stored in Google totals 1.2 zettabytes, which is equivalent to everyone in the world posting on Twitter non-stop for a century.

World Biggest Rivers

Every year, World Rivers Dayfalls on the last Sunday in September. To mark the event, The Big Wild has created an infographic that compares the length and volume of the world’s 20 largest rivers.

Of the 20 rivers, one Canadian River made the grade. The Mackenzie – Peace – Finlay is the largest flowing river in Canada
